Pure Gui is a project that started from a personal need to clean up the web. I often struggle to be productive in the often cluttered interfaces on the web. I made up some rules to which productive interfaces in my opinion should comply in order to be a pure gui. In order to enforce these rules dedicated Chrome extensions where created. Also it is nice to state that this website also complies to these rules.

A pure gui is a gui that tries to be as minimal as possible.
A pure gui is free from distractions.
A pure gui prefers text over images/video and black/white over colour.
A pure gui relies only on chosen interactions
